Mental Health Basics with HelpingMinds

Past Event

With approximately 20% of adults and 25% of young people affected by mental health challenges each year, it’s important that we understand more about mental health and where to get help for ourselves, our family and friends and the wider community. In this webinar we will discuss common types of mental health challenges and their symptoms, myths and misconceptions and risk factors for mental health challenges.
