Physical Activity Opportunities for Seniors

It's important to know how to stay active, that's why Vincent Library is hosting a workshop to show seniors the myriad of opportunities available to help increase physical active and improve wellbeing.

As part of a five-week program, Vincent Library will be hosting a representative from the Women’s Health and Family Services Team to discuss physical and emotional health and wellbeing.

The Women's Health and Family Services Team is an independent for purpose organisation working in partnership to ensure their services complement and strengthen the public and primary health sectors. They offer a wide range of medical, allied health, counselling, advocacy, health promotion and education activities. Providing low or no cost enhanced health and wellness programmes to woman, children, youth, and families most at risk of ill health.
