'Summer Holiday' Christmas Show

Join us in the library for our annual Christmas celebration with this year’s performance, ‘Summer Holiday’ from Theatre 180 (formerly Agelink Theatre), featuring a cast including Jay Weston, Fifi Mondello and Craig Skelton.
This performance is a trip down Memory Lane paying tribute to the 1960’s: a decade of amazing songs, musical shows and films which showcased such stars as Andy Williams, Matt Munro, Diana Ross, and Petula Clark, and saw the rise of the Beatles, Elvis Presley and Australia’s own successful group, The Seekers.
It was a decade of great change and wonderful films like Breakfast at Tiffany’s; My Fair Lady; Hello Dolly; Doctor Doolittle and West Side Story.
Theatre 180 will bring you a selection of the songs, remind you of some of the major events of the period and include stories and anecdotes from seniors in our audiences. And of course they will end with a selection of Christmas items for your seasonal enjoyment.
The performance will be followed by a special Christmas morning tea.
