Our library provides a great range of services for our adult library users.
Library Forums
Once a month, usually on a Wednesday morning at 10am, the Library hosts a guest speaker on a wide variety of topics ranging from author talks to gardening talks and everything in between! The sessions include morning tea and the opportunity to chat to other attendees. To see upcoming Forums, check our events calendar.
Computers for Seniors Workshops
We host monthly Computers for Seniors workshops facilitated by Brenda van Rensburg, co-founder of TechCamps4Kids. These two hour workshops are targeted at people with very basic or no computer experience and are held in the Library’s Media Room where participants have hands on access to computers. Workshops are limited to 15 attendees and bookings are essential. For upcoming dates, check our events calendar.
Book Clubs
We have two book clubs that meet once a month to discuss their latest read. There is a cost of $5 per month for each member which covers the cost of the postage and handling of the book club's books.
- Thursday afternoon book club meets once a month at 2.30pm
- Friday morning book club meets once a month at 10.00am
Membership depends on vacancies in the group. Please contact the library on 9273 6090 or send us an email: library@vincent.wa.gov.au for further information.

North Perth Knit, Natter and Crochet
North Perth Knit, Natter and Crochet is a local knitting and crochet group established for members to support and learn from each other.
A self run group, we host them fortnightly on Friday afternoons from 12.30pm - 2.30pm in our Library Lounge where they catch up, chat, inspire, knit, crochet and learn new skills.
Beginner, as well as experienced, knitters and crocheters alike are welcome.
For beginner knitters and crocheters, they provide a pair of free knitting needles or crochet hooks, free yarn, tuition and even free beginner patterns from their pattern library! These are provided at the fortnightly meetings at the library.
Bookings are not required. See our events calendar for upcoming meetings.
