Room Hire

The Library and Local History Centre have two rooms you can hire for a number of occasions. The Media Room is currently unavailable for hire until further notice.

Meeting Room

For intimate groups of two or less, say hello to the Meeting Room. This lovely location is perfection for private study, tutoring or small meetings. Book it for up to two hours per day. To book contact the library on 9273 6090 or libadmin@vincent.wa.gov.au

Media Room 

With 8 computers, a whiteboard, printer, projector and wireless keyboard all linked to the projector, this bad boy is the trainer’s best friend.

The ultimate space for a meeting or presentation, each computer features Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat Reader and Flash Player. Simply plug in your USB, connect to the free WiFi Hotzone and get ready to rock that presentation.

When can I use it?

9am-5pm, Mon-Fri (excluding Public Holidays)

Is it expensive?

Meeting Room costs $20 per hour (business) or free for Community Groups

Media Room is $45 per hour or $25 for Community Groups

We accept payments in cash or EFTPOS.

What about coffee?

Because we know tea and coffee are the real deal-breakers here, we have facilities on site! Tea and coffee are not supplied, however coffee machine and hot water are available in the Library Lounge.
