The City of Vincent Library recently introduced a new genre layout to help you find your next great read faster and more intuitively.
The genre layout will first be introduced in the Young Adult and Large Print sections with plans to expand this new system throughout the entire library.
This transformation comes directly from community feedback received in our annual Library Survey conducted last November. The community shared their thoughts on how we could improve the browsing experience, and we listened.
Instead of searching by author name or scanning endless shelves, you’ll now find books grouped by popular genres such as mystery, science fiction, fantasy, romance, historical fiction, and more.
Community members are encouraged to explore the new layout and to share feedback as the library makes this transformation.
