Room hire
The City of Vincent Library has two private rooms available for hire.
We are committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all our visitors. However, our meeting room doorways are not currently compliant with accessibility standards. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our patrons with wide-based wheelchairs or mobility aids. We want to assure you that we are actively working on resolving this issue as part of our long-term commitment to improving accessibility in our buildings and services.
In the interim, if you are using our meeting room spaces and have a wide-based wheelchair or require a larger clearance, we kindly request you to reach out to our friendly library staff. We will do our best to provide an alternative arrangement or suggest nearby accessible spaces that better suit your needs.
There is also the option to book the Library Lounge during our opening hours.
Kedalak (Night)
The Kedalak Room seats a maximum of six people. It is suitable for private study, tutoring, conference calls and small meetings.
A TV is available for teleconferencing - you connect your own laptop to the software and use your own Zoom or Teams account.

Koondart (Cloud)
The Koondart Room is ideal for meetings, workshops, presentations, training, coding groups and film clubs.
A touch screen TV can be included as part of your booking, please include this in your booking requirements.

Library Lounge
The Library Lounge is available for hire and is ideal for workshops, presentations, social clubs and community groups. There is a kitchenette available for use, projector, speakers and up to 30 people can fit comfortably in the lounge.
A touch screen TV can be included as part of your booking, please include this in your booking requirements.

Please note, that the kitchenette is the only one available in the library and other library patrons will still require access to drinking water.
