Joining the City of Vincent Library is free and open to anyone. Membership grants you access to physical items and gives access to our e-Library.

Memberships
Regular membership
To register, visit the library with photo identification and proof of your current address.
This can include:
- driver's license
- utility bill
- Health Care Card or Pensioner Card from Centrelink
If you are unable to provide proof of a permanent address but would still like to obtain a membership, please contact the Vincent Library team in person, by calling 9273 6090 or emailing to see if an alternative arrangement can be made.
Junior Membership
Children under the age of 18 are eligible for membership to Vincent Library and Local History Centre. They must be accompanied by a parent or guardian with photo ID and proof of their address.
Visitor Membership
If you aren’t able to provide a current residential address, you are still able to borrow from Vincent Library with a Visitor Membership. Please note, this membership option must be applied for in-person and has reduced borrowing limits of up to 4 items at one time.
Join Online
Your online membership will grant you access to the City of Vincent e-Library. You will need to visit the library with your photo identification and proof of address to start borrowing physical items and collect your new library card.
If you are physically unable to come to the library, you may be eligible for our Books on Wheels service.
