Mental Wealth with Tanya Mills

Thursday 3rd September 2026

Join author Tanya Mills for Women's Health Week to learn to create a life that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside.

In this talk, Tanya introduces the concept of Mental Wealth, the internal foundation that supports clarity, energy, resilience, and overall wellbeing in a fast-paced world. Drawing on insights from her book and lived experience, she explores why many people focus heavily on external success while neglecting the inner resources that truly support a fulfilling life.

Tanya Mills is an Executive and Leadership Coach and author of the book Balanced Success, and the founder of Aligned Success based in Fremantle, Western Australia. After building and leading an international business and navigating her own journey of burnout and realignment, Tanya now helps individuals and leaders create success that is not only high performing but also sustainable.

In this session, Tanya will explore:

  • What Mental Wealth really means and why it matters more than ever today

  • Why traditional ideas of success often leave people feeling overwhelmed or disconnected

  • The connection between inner alignment, wellbeing, and sustainable performance

  • Practical ways to strengthen your mental wealth in everyday life

  • How small shifts in habits, values, and priorities can create meaningful change

This session is designed to be reflective, practical, and empowering, offering attendees simple insights and tools to help create a version of success that supports both personal wellbeing and professional life.
