Our Town: early photographs from the Local History Collection

In 2007 the Local History Centre published Our Town: early photographs from the Town of Vincent Local History Collection.

Our Town features wonderful photographs taken between 1902 and 1962 that have come from people’s homes in our community. Although these photographs are the focus of the book, each one is accompanied by quotes from oral history interviews.

This is an easy to read glimpse into the early life in our suburbs, which can be browsed through just to enjoy the photographs or read at random.
