The Power of No

Tuesday 5th November 2024

Do you ever find yourself saying ‘Yes’ to things when you’d rather say ‘No’? Perhaps you are constantly working to meet the needs of those around you at the expense of your own? In this course you will be invited to unpack some of your ‘yes’ and ‘no’ patterns and interpret how they may have a ripple effect into other aspects of your life. Develop a healthy appreciation of the significance of saying ‘no’ and how you could benefit from broadening your assertive communication style.

This course is delivered in partnership with the WA Recovery College Alliance (WARCA). Please note that bookings must be made through a free registration with WARCA.
