Women's Health Checks and Hormone Balances

Past Event

Due to the number of waitlisted tickets, Luma will be joining us again at Vincent Library in time for World Health Day for a repeat session on women's health checks and hormone balances.

Female sex hormones play a crucial role in regulating everything from physical health to emotional well-being.

Understanding how hormonal changes impact women throughout different life stages can empower individuals to take charge of their health and improve self-care.

This workshop, led by Luma’s experts, will provide a comprehensive introduction to female sex hormones, key health checks, common symptoms of hormone imbalances, and effective strategies for better management of hormonal health.

Please note: This is a repeat session. If you attended last time, you're still welcome to join us again—this is a great opportunity to revisit key information and ask any additional questions you may have.
