Join us on a journey of emotional exploration through unstructured painting. In this course, we'll use abstract painting as a way to connect with and process feelings. With no art skills required, simply let your emotions guide your choice of colors, strokes, and patterns. Together we'll discover how painting can help to ground and connect us, and find new ways to understand our inner self.
