Writing your life story - Rosemary Stevens

Do you have a story to tell based on your own life or family history? How can you capture these unique moments and bring them to life on the page? This workshop provides the tools and encouragement to get started and keep going in a safe and relaxed environment. No previous writing experience is necessary, simply bring along a note pad and pen, together with a sense of curiosity and a lifetime of memories. Suitable for all ages and stages of life.

Rosemary Stevens has a doctorate in creative writing from Curtin University, where she teaches creative and professional writing. She enjoys running memoir, fiction and travel writing workshops in the community, and previously worked as a travel writer in S.E Asia, and in London for a literary agency and international publishing company. Her fiction and non-fiction works have been published throughout Australasia.

Cost: free.

Light refreshments provided.
